What should I do if I didn’t receive my confirmation email?

If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived:

  1. Wait a few minutes — delivery can take up to 10 minutes
  2. Check your spam/junk folders
  3. Search your inbox for “Brightkite eSIM” or “Your eSIM is ready”
  4. If using Gmail, check the Promotions tab
