What should I do if I didn’t receive my confirmation email?
If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived:
- Wait a few minutes — delivery can take up to 10 minutes
- Check your spam/junk folders
- Search your inbox for “Brightkite eSIM” or “Your eSIM is ready”
- If using Gmail, check the Promotions tab
