How to turn data roaming on/off for your eSIM

To use your Brightkite eSIM while abroad, data roaming must be turned on. This ensures your device can connect to the local mobile network.

On iPhone:

• Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming → ON

On Android:

• Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Brightkite eSIM > Roaming → ON

Don’t worry — there are no surprise roaming fees. Brightkite is prepaid, and you’ll never be charged extra.
