Troubleshooting eSIM installation issues
If your eSIM wonβt install, try the following steps:
- π Restart your phone, then try scanning the QR code again
- π· Check your camera β make sure it focuses on the QR code
- π Ensure your phone is unlocked and supports eSIMs
- π§βπ» Try manual installation using the SM-DP+ address from your email
- π‘ Ensure you have Wi-Fi or mobile data active during setup
