Troubleshooting connection problems

If your Brightkite eSIM is installed but not connecting to the internet:

  1. 🔄 Restart your phone
  2. ⚙️ Set the eSIM as the default for mobile data
  3. 📡 Turn data roaming ON
  4. 📍 Confirm you’re in the correct country for your plan
  5. 🧭 Update your APN settings

If none of the above works, you can try removing and reinstalling the eSIM only if it hasn’t been activated yet.
