Troubleshooting connection problems
If your Brightkite eSIM is installed but not connecting to the internet:
- 🔄 Restart your phone
- ⚙️ Set the eSIM as the default for mobile data
- 📡 Turn data roaming ON
- 📍 Confirm you’re in the correct country for your plan
- 🧭 Update your APN settings
If none of the above works, you can try removing and reinstalling the eSIM only if it hasn’t been activated yet.
