How to check if my phone is carrier-unlocked

Brightkite eSIMs only work on unlocked devices. Here's how to check:

For iPhone:

1. Go to Settings > General > About
2. Scroll down to Carrier Lock
3. If it says “No SIM restrictions”, your phone is unlocked.

For Android (varies by brand):

1. Insert a SIM card from a different carrier
2. Restart your phone
3. If it connects to the network, it's unlocked
