How to update your APN settings manually

If your Brightkite eSIM doesn’t connect to mobile data automatically, you may need to enter Access Point Name (APN) settings manually.

Use the following APN:

  • APN: internet
  • Username & Password: Leave blank

On iPhone:

  • Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network
  • Enter internet under APN

On Android:

  • Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Access Point Names
  • Add a new APN with internet as the name and APN

Save your changes and restart your phone. You should now be connected.
