Can I request a refund for my eSIM purchase?
Brightkite eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered and activated. However, we may offer a refund if:
- The eSIM could not be installed due to device incompatibility
- You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and haven’t used it
- There’s a technical issue on our end that prevents activation
To request a refund:
- Contact support within 7 days of purchase
- Include your order number and a short explanation
- Do not delete the eSIM before support reviews the issue
We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
