Can I request a refund for my eSIM purchase?

Brightkite eSIMs are non-refundable once delivered and activated. However, we may offer a refund if:

  • The eSIM could not be installed due to device incompatibility
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and haven’t used it
  • There’s a technical issue on our end that prevents activation

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support within 7 days of purchase
  2. Include your order number and a short explanation
  3. Do not delete the eSIM before support reviews the issue

We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
